Coverage map
Cape Town and the surrounding Western Cape.
We work across the peninsula and out to the Helderberg. Each area below has its own notes on the property types we see there and the systems that usually suit them — useful before you call, and useful when you compare quotes.
Northern Suburbs
4 areasDurbanville
View →Durbanville is mostly free-standing family homes, townhouse complexes and small business parks, with long boundary walls and multi-vehicle driveways. We install and maintain CCTV, intercoms and access control across the suburb and the smallholdings on its northern edge.
Bellville
View →Bellville mixes commercial property along the main routes with established family homes and a large rental market around the university and college campuses. Both ends of that mix need clear camera coverage and controlled entry.
Pinelands
View →Pinelands is largely older free-standing homes on leafy plots, with small business premises along the main roads. Established gardens and mature trees affect both camera sightlines and fence lines.
Brackenfell
View →Brackenfell combines family homes, townhouse complexes and industrial parks along the northern industrial belt. Commercial and residential work here look quite different, so we scope each site on its own terms.
Blaauwberg
3 areasMilnerton
View →Milnerton combines light industrial and commercial property near the N1 with apartment blocks and family homes closer to the coast. Salt-laden air and wind-driven sand affect outdoor hardware here, so housing choice and mounting matter.
Table View
View →Table View is dominated by townhouse complexes, security estates and family homes built close together, with shared driveways and communal entrances. Intercoms and access control often matter as much as the cameras.
Bloubergstrand
View →Bloubergstrand has a high proportion of holiday homes and short-stay properties, many of them occupied for only part of the year. Remote viewing and reliable recording are usually the first priorities.
Southern Suburbs
3 areasConstantia
View →Constantia properties tend to be large, leafy and set back from the road, often with several buildings, outbuildings and long perimeter walls. Systems here are usually planned as a whole-property design rather than a few cameras at the gate.
Claremont
View →Claremont mixes Victorian and older family homes with busy commercial streets and a dense rental market. Many properties have been subdivided, which makes entrance control and clearly zoned camera coverage important.
Tokai
View →Tokai properties are often larger plots bordering greenbelt and forest, with long boundaries and outbuildings. Perimeter detection and camera coverage usually carry more weight than entrance hardware.
Helderberg
2 areasSomerset West
View →Somerset West spans older established homes, newer security estates and small commercial premises along the main roads. We work across all three, from single-home camera installations to multi-camera estate and business systems.
Strand
View →Strand is coastal Helderberg: apartment blocks along the beachfront, complexes inland and family homes behind them. Holiday letting is common, so owners often need to view cameras from somewhere else entirely.
Atlantic Seaboard
2 areasSea Point
View →Sea Point is high-density apartment living: shared lobbies, lift access, basement parking and compact balconies. Installations here are usually about entrance control, lobby coverage and tidy cable runs in tight spaces.
Hout Bay
View →Hout Bay mixes harbour-side homes, holiday properties and hillside houses with steep access and long driveways. Wind exposure and distance from the city mean hardware needs to be chosen for the conditions.
City Centre
2 areasCape Town City Bowl
View →The City Bowl is offices, apartments and mixed-use buildings, often with a single shared entrance and a concierge desk. Access control, intercom and lobby coverage are the core requirements, with remote access for building management.
Woodstock
View →Woodstock has a dense mix of converted industrial buildings, studios, small businesses and residential conversions. Older structures mean cable routes and hardware mounting need planning rather than assumption.
